Our journey begins back in 1979, when John Whitwell launched the business as a specialist provider in heating, and electrical services. It was some 20 years later that John’s son, Luke (and now our managing director) joined the much respected firm, determined to build on its track record for success and service throughout the East of England.

Since 1999, Luke has worked tirelessly to grow the Whitwell team and its services, while always retaining that critical core family ethos, and values which we know matter to our staff and our clients.
A fully accredited firm, and approved fitters for the likes of Grant UK and Nu-Heat, we take pride in forming relationships with the makers and manufacturers of products we would want in our own homes. You deserve nothing less.
Our expert team collectively has decades of experience across servicing, repairs, and renewable energy advice. We deliver a superior service, underpinned by phenomenal knowledge and a dedication to facing every customer’s need as a unique requirement – whether it be in the home, or for a commercial space.
